By using AppliPro Appliance Repair services or our website (appliprorepair.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
AppliPro provides professional appliance repair services for residential and commercial customers throughout Middle Tennessee, including Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, and surrounding areas. Services include repair of refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and other major home appliances.
AppliPro provides a 90-day labor warranty on all completed repairs. This warranty covers:
The warranty does not cover: new or unrelated failures, damage caused by misuse, parts covered by manufacturer warranty, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our repair.
AppliPro uses OEM-compatible parts unless otherwise specified. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and component. Part warranties are separate from our labor warranty.

AppliPro's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, including food spoilage, property damage unrelated to our service, or business interruption.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe (PCI DSS compliant).
We reserve same-day appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide at least 2 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations may result in a service call fee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
