Our Commitment

AppliPro Appliance Repair is committed to your complete satisfaction. We stand behind every repair with a 90-day labor warranty and a straightforward refund policy.

90-Day Labor Warranty

All repairs include a 90-day labor warranty. If the same issue returns within 90 days of your repair:

• We will return to your home at no additional charge
• We will re-diagnose and repair the same issue at no labor cost
• Parts required for the return visit are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Refunds for Incomplete Service

If AppliPro is unable to complete an agreed repair:

• You will not be charged for the incomplete work
• Any deposit paid will be refunded within 5 business days
• Diagnostic fees may apply if diagnosis was completed

Parts Returns

Installed parts are generally non-returnable once fitted, as they are specific to your appliance. If a defective part is identified as the cause of repair failure within the warranty period, AppliPro will replace it at our cost.

Situations Not Covered by Refund

Refunds are not available for:

• Completed repairs where a different, unrelated issue later occurs
• Damage caused by customer misuse after repair
• Cases where the customer declined our recommended repair
• Diagnostic fees when repair was declined by the customer
